Love the clarity, Fathia — dialing in your positioning makes the right clients show up faster. Curious: which part of your workflow ends up creating the biggest win for clients — the funnel redesign, the systems, or the AI calling setup?

@Fathia Fx Love this, Fathia — the clarity around what you actually do now makes it really easy to see where you plug into a business. I’m just starting to build my own “tax logic machine” for commercial real estate, so seeing you dial in your stack around funnels, systems, AI calling, and CRM is a good reminder to keep tightening my own offer as I go. Right now it’s early days and I’ve still got a ways to go, but posts like this are super helpful for modeling how to package the work while the machine is still coming together in the background.
The Tax Logic Advertising Machine inside AI Society
Built a “Tax Logic Advertising Machine” that uses AI + automations to turn one commercial real estate idea into a wall of content, proof, and inbound attention. [1] One weekly build drops into Metricool and comes out as daily posts across LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok On the front end, it speaks the language of proof stacking: short case-style stories, outcomes, and screenshots that build trust brick by brick instead of shouting “buy my thing.” [3][4] On the back end, AI agents pull CRE numbers, tax logic, and cost seg scenarios and turn them into after‑tax cash‑flow talking points and tear sheets for brokers and investors.

@Hicham Char Great question. In my setup, AI is just the instrument and I control it. The agents only pull from a fixed Tax Logic playbook with hard‑coded formulas and assumptions, so they’re not inventing tax ideas on the fly. Every cash‑flow talking point gets a quick human review from me before it ever reaches a broker or investor, so the machine gives me speed, but I still own the accuracy.”
Build # 39&40:- KPI monitoring & alert , Content Repurposing & Auto-Scheduling
✓Just finished building a Proactive KPI Monitoring & Alert Agent — and bro, this feels like having an operations manager who never blinks Here’s how the whole thing runs: 1. Daily KPI Trigger Every morning at 8 AM, the agent wakes up and starts scanning the business. 2. Central Config Layer All the settings are pre-loaded: API URLs for revenue, traffic & inventory Thresholds for drops/spikes Slack channel for alerts Email recipients for alerts & reports You set this once → never touch it again. 3. Fetches KPI Data The agent pulls: Latest revenue numbers Current traffic vs average Inventory levels Three separate API calls → merged into one clean dataset. 4. Smart KPI Analysis The logic is pretty sharp: Detects revenue drops beyond defined % Spots traffic spikes Flags low-stock items Generates a clear list of alerts Adds timestamps + summary dashboard No guesswork. No manual checking. 5. Real-Time Alerts If something looks off: Slack gets a ping with detailed alert Email goes out instantly You literally know within seconds if something breaks. 6. Daily Business Report Even if there are no issues: It still sends a daily KPI digest Revenue, traffic, stock summary Sent to both Slack + email Looks clean and professional ✓Just finished building a Multi-Format Content Repurposing & Auto-Scheduling System — and this one is honestly insane for creators, coaches, agencies, and anyone posting daily Here’s the full breakdown: 1. Trigger – New Video Upload You upload a video into a specific Google Drive folder → The workflow wakes up instantly and starts processing. 2. Workflow Configuration Layer All the reusable settings are stored here: Transcription API URL Captions folder Max tweet length LinkedIn word limit Posting configs Set once → reuse forever. 3. Download + Transcribe Video The agent pulls the actual video file, sends it to the transcription API, and returns a clean transcript that becomes the “source material” for everything. 4. AI Repurposing (4 different content formats)

Love how you turned both of these into tiny “ops teams” instead of random automations. For my world (commercial real estate + tax), the KPI agent maps perfectly to daily deal health: stages in the pipeline, broker touchpoints, and tax‑savings opportunities across a portfolio. The only thing I’d add is a small “why did this break?” layer in the alert (mini 7‑day trend + suggested next action), so it behaves more like an operator and less like a siren. On the content side, the multi‑format repurposing is gold once you’re recording longer breakdown videos or trainings. One tweak I’ve found helpful is a quick human review step before auto‑posting (even if it’s just approving drafts from a Sheet or Slack) so positioning and compliance stay tight while the agent does the heavy lifting. Curious what you’re using under the hood for the “Smart KPI Analysis” step – pure n8n logic blocks/functions, or did you layer in any external monitoring or anomaly‑detection tools?
Reaching Level 5: Orchestrating AI Agents for Tax Logic in CRE 🚀
Exciting milestone 🚀 I’ve reached the Level 5 stage of AI automation — the *Agent Orchestrator* level — where intelligent agents work together to execute complex business logic in sync. Through **Tax Logic™**, this orchestration is transforming how commercial real estate tax strategies are developed, connecting cost segregation, underwriting insights, and owner value analysis into one coordinated AI system 📊 We’re not just automating tasks — we’re enabling intelligent collaboration between specialized AI agents to generate faster insights, stronger deal flows, and better client outcomes 💼 The next era of CRE isn’t manual or linear — it’s orchestrated. #AI #Automation #CommercialRealEstate #TaxLogic #Innovation #CostSegregation

@Zehrah Triump Appreciate that, Zehrah 🙏 — and you’re spot on: orchestration is where things either scale beautifully or fall apart. What’s worked for me in Tax Logic™ (and should translate to other sectors) comes down to three pillars: Single orchestrator, clear roles One “conductor” agent owns the objective and delegates to specialized agents (cost seg, underwriting, ownership goals, funding, etc.) instead of letting agents free‑chat. Each agent has a narrow mandate and a defined input/output contract, which keeps them fast and predictable. Shared state as the source of truth All agents read and write to a shared state (deal facts, assumptions, intermediate outputs) rather than cloning their own version of reality. That alone eliminates a ton of conflicts because everyone is looking at the same numbers, same assumptions, and same history. Conflicts are surfaced, not hidden When agents disagree, the orchestrator doesn’t silently pick a winner. It flags: Whether you’re in CRE tax, healthcare, support, or ops, the pattern looks similar: clear hierarchy, shared memory, and explicit conflict‑resolution rules beat “let a bunch of smart agents talk and hope for the best.”

hi! Im Nick. I'm a new + member.
Hey all, Nick Hopped on that 88% special, been eyeballing it a while lol...like you gonna? YOU GONNA? YOU DOING IT? YA BOOOOOIII HES DOING IT!!!!!! HI!!!! . 25 years in Enterprise. Oracle ERP on prem off prem, Oracle CLoud, FDIC, fintech, rage + vector db (rage, yes, rage. Chunking losing context....did a google workshop on their g cloud stuff and still....gap solutions!). Automic UC4 automation engine - enterprise. I'm in the financial sector. That's what I do. Now Im here to say, Im tired of this nonsense. ANYONE here AT ALL USE AUTOMIC UC4? 200k people. Automic makes ANYTHING else look like a toy (LOVE N8n!!, different scale, half million dollar product lol, ZERO COMPARISON) , but it's also extremely complex and agents and servers, on prem off prem...madness. Think VM clustrer farms of 12 with hot failover, warm servers and cold standby physucal if we need it. Disaster recovery. ONE person? I feel like THIS IS THE PLACE if you exist? If not, what DO you work with and what do YOU do?

Welcome in, Nick — love the energy. Your background in enterprise automation + financial systems is wild, and honestly a perfect fit for the direction this community is moving. Curious: with all that UC4 experience, what part of modern AI workflows feels most promising compared to the old-school cluster/agent approach?
