@Aadil Abbas hey brother
Quick funnel breakdown I recently did — this business is leaking ~40% of its revenue
I ran a revenue leak diagnostic on a wellness coaching funnel recently and the results were interesting. Overall funnel score: 54/100 Estimated revenue leak: ~40% of traffic Most of the problems weren’t traffic related…..they were structural. Here are 3 things that stood out immediately: 1. The sales page was killing conversions Score: 42/100 The price ($497) appeared before any value or proof was built. No testimonials, no transformation examples, no objection handling. Most visitors hit price and bounce. 2. Mobile UX was costing them leads 38% of their traffic is mobile, but the CTA button was partially hidden on smaller screens. That means people literally couldn’t see the opt-in button without scrolling. Small issue… big impact. 3. Checkout lacked trust signals No SSL badges, no payment reassurance, and no order bump. Checkout abandonment estimated at ~68%. Adding simple trust indicators can increase completion rates 12–18%. This is exactly why I built the Revenue Leak Diagnostic. Most businesses think they need more traffic, but in reality their funnel is leaking conversions at multiple points. If anyone here wants me to take a quick look at their funnel, drop the link below and I’ll point out a few things I notice. Always interesting to see where conversions break down. This is only 3 pages out of the 8 page detailed Revenue leak diagnostic

Hard feedback on my emails...
Hi guys...🄲 I would like to say that I sent to 1,800 people in my campaign, I got 6 replies, being able to schedule 2 sales meetings, I honestly don“t feel very satisfied with my first campaign, I would like to receive honest and real feedback about this, maybe I am doing something wrong and I would like to get it fixed. Thank you all for your honest feedback!

I would try to sound less salesy (trying to convince them to buy into the idea of what you're selling them)
Need help with Pricing
Hey guys, So I am running a fairly new AI automation agency from India and am currently working with a client. The initial agreement with the client was about making a lead capture system using Whatsapp and a robust n8n backend for scoring. I agreed to give them a 60 day free trial after which the monthly retainer would begin. Unfortunately the client started to negotiate for a discount on the day of the first payment. The reason for my dilemma is after working with the client for these two months - I am not only building a lead capture system but also : - Voice AI for inbounding calling - Custom CRM tool The client has also assured me of a percentage of sales partnership in the near future which I intend on taking in writing. Note : In my deduction the client is actually genuine and fits my ICP perfectly. Hence, I am confused about what my pricing should be here. Should I give them a discount and for these 3 solutions (in hopes of a percentage partnership) or should I not? On one hand I am trying to follow the Alex Hormozi "Give as much value as you possibly can" principle but on the other hand I fear I am spreading myself too thin for future negotiations. I would appreciate some advise on this from my fellow agency owners!

next time with other clients, do a paid trial for the 60 days, then have them on a subscription when they agree to proceed
