Gratitude and fear
Hello all, firstly< I'm so grateful for the replays that were offered for free for this last 3 day workshop.. I'm dog sitting, two pups, and just couldn't get the timing right to be on the calls live, so I got to experience the recordings quietly at night... It's interesting, this time I've been able to invite in and hold space with fear, like an old friend.. to see how it feels, and become intimately acquainted with it, without the usual 'fear' that looking at it can bring... fear has such a malleable quality now... breathing makes it so...

@Ma Ali thank you ๐Ÿ™ โ€ฆ have you tried bringing the โ€˜painโ€™ outside of yourself, so to speak, and asking it if it has a something to say or tell you..? Thereโ€™s a great book called The Way Out, by Alan Gordon, that deals with healing chronic pain.. I heard about it from a man who had fallen down a mountainside in a ski accident, and was very close to ending it all when he discovered these teachings, and it helped him overcome his pain and injuriesโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™

Day 1 Aha moment
Loved today, Jagger's voice is so soothing, just listening to it helps regulate my system.. just wanted to share that I loved what he said about how pointing your emotions at someone else, is not expressing it.. landed differently today, deeply resonated ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™ what did you find yourself resonating with?

over the past week or so anxiety, depression and overthinking decided to pay me a visit after being on a loooong vacay for the past few months! ๐Ÿ™„ now, whilst i DESPISE that they've reared their ugly heads, i know that it is for a reason and is happening FOR me and not TO me! i am mentally and physically EXHAUSTED and have felt like staying in bed all day every day but i am NOT going back there, not ever!! i witnessed an awful tragedy over 5wks ago and whilst i kinda processed a little of it, i seemed to have done what i always do and that is to sweep it under the rug and forget about it! a few tears definitely haven't *processed* it, not by a long shot! so, it's decided to show up by force and demand that i acknowledge it and let it pass through me! it's teaching me things about myself that i'd either forgotten about, pushed to the back of my mind, neglected or just resisted time and time again aaaand whatever we resist, persists! so me resisting this unexpected trauma has only gone and made it persist at an even greater scale, that is the darkness! ๐Ÿ˜’ i've had several realisations about myself this past week and i'm beginning to let go of unhealthy limiting beliefs that have been with me all of my life there's no light without darkness and in order for steffi sunshine to remain in her light, she needs a few steffi stormclouds every so often to clear the way! ๐ŸŒฆ i hate it but i now have the tools to be aware of it and not let it sink even deeper into my skin! breathwork and meditation have been a HUGE help in keeping my *labels* on an extended vacay! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป anyways, just thought i'd share this to let others see that it's okay to not be okay and that things come back to test you and to shed themselves in order for bigger and better things to enter your life once you are living as your true authentic self ๐Ÿค—

Some beautiful insights during this tough time for you.. for it you put a plant in constant sunlight, it will, in fact die.. waves come in waves, and it sounds like you are doing a great job and meeting yourself where you are, and honoring that.. remember to breathe and be kind to yourself..
