@Tiffany D. I’d say when Tony pointed out your bias for action with this process. Being young and just diving head first into real estate with your life savings not knowing of the outcome. Buying the lot even if it was $100 over your initial max. Deciding to put the mobile home on there. Going to all the steps to get that approved and learning about the tax lien through that process. It’s admirable trait! I’m kind of in this grey area where I’m stuck and haven’t taken a first step worrying about the outcome and constantly looking at the deals trying to make the best decision. But I need to get in that mode
