If you can use AI to make images for posters, are you able to use AI to create the full posters? If that is possible, do those posters sell? Thanks

So I randomly had an order today, this was my first order and I was relatively surprised, because I only have 12 listings and no advertisement. 5 minutes later I could see I had $24 in revenue and was refreshing the order page to see the order. Upon refreshing the order count went back to $0 along with the revenue. What happened? Did their account bounce or decline the transaction or something?
