Daily Journal Date: [30/12/2025] Day: [Tuesday] One thing I want to remember about today: [I have to grateful for all things that my Allah give it to me and don't forget] What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? [I slept at 11:00 and woke up at 6:15 am ] What data will I look up after a month or year? [ I have to look out all the schedule have I followed it and all the rules that inserted in it and furthermore so what step should I take for reaching my destination] Reminders: No one can waste my time except me. Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary.
