Hi Lidia! I'm wondering about the length of my course on my Skool community. Essentially I will help users build out their first Shopify Store. I've set it up as 14 days but some days would be like super short because the adding the settings would are faster to setup, but the theme setup + design takes a lot longer. I was wondering if I'm able to shorten this from 14 days to 10 days and increase the time demand to like 1-2 hours per day?

Here’s what I know: Public commitment is powerful. But personal commitment is stronger. When you commit to everyone, you commit to no one. When you commit to one person, it becomes real. You don’t need 10 accountability partners. You ONLY need one. One person who: - Checks in daily - Asks if you did the work - Pushes you when you hesitate - Doesn’t let you disappear And you do the same for them. That’s how you get through the dip. Hi everyone! I would love your opinion. I'm kind of between two Skool formats. 1. I was thinking of would be more broad - Shopify help where new & existing Shopify Merchants can join, ask questions jump on calls and even get some help with minor bug fixes. Get app recommendations, have access to Shopify specific automations etc The main selling point is access to me and occasional development at a discounted price by a seasoned developer on Shopify 2. Launch Your Shopify Store in X Days Challenge. Where people who want to launch their first Shopify store can follow along with a video series (like in this community) and have me added on a collaborator for faster help within their store. Ask questions on calls, get recommended apps and automations (same as #1). Of course, they can stay in the community and have me answer any question either on a call or via questions in the community. Obviously because of the time requirement from me this will need to be at a price point bc I can't work inside of 100 stores at the same time due to just time being a factor 😂 so each sprint here will need to be limited I'd love your opinion on which you might think is better. I'm leaning towards two but in classic fashion I don't want to be too specific incase I exclude existing Shopify merchants

Hi! I have a question about the offer. I was thinking of creating a free community or super low ticket community and slowly introducing upsells like an extra weekly call and more paid courses, free resources etc. My question is: Does the offer need to be implemented with the tiers immediately or can these be introduced later on as the community grows? I'm on Day 2 at the moment so if this gets answered later on in the course, please just tell me I'm jumping the gun! Thank you!
