Quick Question About The Offer

Hi!

I have a question about the offer. I was thinking of creating a free community or super low ticket community and slowly introducing upsells like an extra weekly call and more paid courses, free resources etc. My question is: Does the offer need to be implemented with the tiers immediately or can these be introduced later on as the community grows? I'm on Day 2 at the moment so if this gets answered later on in the course, please just tell me I'm jumping the gun! Thank you!
