Commodore 1901 monitor
Does anyone else own one of these? I recently picked this up locally for the bargain price of £30. I’d not heard of it before and only bought it after a 1701 monitor I had bought fell through. After a bit of research found out it was released for use with the C128 but works fine with the 64 using Luma/Chroma. I’m really pleased with it and goes well with my C64G.

Only see this post now, but yes, proud owner of a working 1901 here. Have a second 1901 but that one does not work anymore (big puff of smoke so probably a capacitor). This really is THE ideal C128 monitor as it can do all the screen modes of VDC mode mania and also has the switch between 40 and 80 column mode on the front. 1084S is also nice, but was made for the Amiga, and you have to be careful with that one as not all 1084S types can do the digital RGB of the C128 and many models have the 40/80 switch on the back.

My own demo in the 1901 in 80x50 text mode.
Any love for Microprose
These "games" were really a cut above the rest. This is my small collection (would love to get Pirates!!!). Which is your favourite of the Microprose games? Mine is Gunship but I love them all!

Well, my by far all time favourite ever game is a Microprose one but not a C64 one:

ANNOUNCEMENT - New Group which I would LOVE you to join!
Hey Guys!! Other than the beloved 64, I have a new group which I'm very passionate about which is about not only teaching AI, but how to use it to generate income. It's brand new and will be free for the first 100. It would mean the world to me if you could join, but I understand if you'd rather not. I will be adding more content soon. See join link below: https://www.skool.com/retire-yourself-with-ai-5335/about?ref=a8dce8b30e7d46f1998ccb88b6769d1c

Do not know if you want me to be in that group 😂 Work as IT auditor in a company that does AI on large scale, also I use it myself increasingly as auditor. But also therefore know it’s risks and pitifalls, and kind of sceptical of data security of most of the AI things you can do as a self employed something. I am trained and paid to say why your project sucks…..
Ultimate 2 Cart for the C64
Has any body got a U2C for their C64. Are they any good. To pay over £150 for a cart is it worth it. I have a couple of KFF carts, Action Replay carts and others. It it worth people getting an Ultimate 2 Cart.

Yes, I might have some 😂 I have two Ultimate II+, one Ultimate II+L, one Ultimate 64 Elite 1 and one Ultimate 64 Elite 2. I LOVE the Ultimate range. As said, it combines two Pi1541s, SD2IEC and Kung Fu Flash in one and does it better with more functionality added on top. So in that sense they are not expensive. And they work great. Also in case you own a Commodore 128, they are, as about the only, fully compatible with that as well, including emulating also C128 cartridge images, having full 1571 emulation and supporting burst mode for 1571 and 1581. I also create software for the Ultimate range as tools to use them with a boot menu, and also use it under GEOS and CP/M.
