This bottle modeling has stumped me. It appears straight-forward, however there are nuances to the shape that are difficult to replicate. It's a square hourglass design with profile changes 360 degrees. There's an offset at the shoulder of the bottle that is non-uniform from front to back. Any ideas how to achieve the top offset?

I managed to get this by drawing 3 separate curves, front, side and back. I cut the front and back curves from the bottle one at a time and then I imprinted the side curve onto the bottle. I then selected the faces for the top of the bottle and duplicated them and joined them to create a sheet and did the same for the bottom of the bottle. I then scaled the bottom of the bottle in 'Y' direction only so there was no protrusion on the side of the bottle. I raised the top of the bottle a little so the cutouts weren't on top of each other. Select both edges of cutout on top and bottom of bottle, duplicated them and lofted them together. Join the sheets together and you get a solid
