I need to settle this…
Hanging out with the boys this weekend and we got to talking about ration packs, amongst other things. I said my favorite was salmon. 🍣 I got shamed and ridiculed. I thought everyone liked the salmon ration. 🤷‍♂️ Help me settle this argument please.

My favorite was Macaroni Cheese and Peas. But we almost always ate them cold, so it was more like greasy noodles with green globs. Second favorite was the breakfast scrambled eggs and ham. You eat it like a pop tart, and drink the brine. Nobody liked it so I always had extra.
PTSD and mental health conference in May 2026
Let me know if post is appropriate...? Sharing about a conference I attended in 2024: https://ofrmh.ca/ Sessions consistent of excellent and high quality presentations on the latest in PSTD and mental health for first responders. PHD researchers actually asked what veterans would like them to research in one of the sessions I attended. It costs, of course, but just so you know a similar conference in Ottawa costs $1500.00. So this one is very reasonable at a fraction of the price.

@Stephanie McEvoy Even little tiny airports in upstate NY had a section for veterans. Coffe, snacks, place to lay down and sleep. I asked if it was ok that I was a veteran from Canada and the lady said "Absolutely!". Not gonna lie, it made me cry.

This community began with humble beginnings last year. I moved over as many people as I could from my Facebook group and started fresh. @William McEvoy was an early adopter and went all in. I've posted one of his Wins but he's had many. The big takeaway that I want you to have is that Will did this without one-on-one coaching. He's been a Premium-tier member since the start and he was able to achieve incredible results. You can too. You need to commit. The keys to the Kingdom of health are all here all you need to open the doors is conviction, like Will. 👉I want you to post some wins in the COMMENTS - I don't care how small. BUILD MOMENTUM TODAY

This was me 5 months before joining the program vs me recently. Different camera and everything but I tell you it feels good to have a 40 pound difference.

My biggest wins came from getting sleep and not eating after 7pm. My biggest losses come when I revert to big carb nights such as pie and cookies and pizza. I can put on 5 pounds in 2 days and it takes me 2 weeks to recover from the inflammation. This year I thankfully only had one loss event. I am back on track and am now 252. I am going to try to get to 225 again by the spring. I am following the Keto diet and learning about my metabolism thanks to Ben Azadi (he was one of Dave's special guests). It is easier to avoid carbs once you understand WHY you have that big belly.
Let’s settle something
My whole life, my aunt made the best stuffing known to man. It had the typical raisins, bread and celery but what made it incredible was the sausage she added. She always had to make double the amount and hide it from my dad and I after one Christmas we found the extra stash and ate them both. I’ve had numerous Christmas dinners outside of my aunt’s home and to my dismay, NONE of them had sausage in their stuffing. Were we the only family in Canada doing this? Do you put sausage in your stuffing?

Halloween 🎃 Treats
Be honest if you’ve got kids that are Halloweening, which candy are you stealing from them as soon as they walk in the house? I’m grabbing all the Reese’s pieces

Any other year I would take anything with peanuts because my kids have allergies. And a few bags of chips. Oh and all those molasses witch candies. I love those. And tootsie rolls because my kids hated them. But now I'm trying to maintain a Keto diet...so I'll be looking for boiled eggs, beef jerkey, etc. :)
