Hi all, I've recently sent the council and DCA the first SARs from the classroom on the same day that I paid off the bill that they claim they have a liability order for on me from back in 2021. I've never been in court before and I'm quite anxious, but determined to follow through if I have too. I was wondering what are the chances I will have to go to court are in my situation? Is there a good chance this won't go to court? And what is the best material to start reading up on? I'm assuming I will have to file a N1 form? Many thanks in advance.

I've been the victim of phishing emails for leaks like this with other company's in the past that I actually asked to deleted my data, but didn't. Maybe a classroom for the best way to ask an organisation to delete your data?
