I have a mate who works for a new home builder, works in a display home. All they can sell to is people who walk through the door. He asked if I could help get him leads to sell more homes. He gets 1.5% average build is around $500 - 750k So he earns $7500 to $10k per sale. I quized him on the best type of buyer, first home buyers, or downsizers. etc. He said the best ones, are the Knock Down Rebuilds. So older people with money, who already have a house (on the Gold Coast) who want to knock it down and build a new one.

These past 2 weeks I've actually been building a fully done for you Lead Farm system for a client, who paid $10k to have me set up their PPL agency site, funnel, ads, client site, ads, lead distribution system, sales process, onboarding, the whole gamut of a PPL Agency! I'm smashing this out in 4 weeks for him. It's been hard work, but i enjoy the process. It made me realise i could have taken some of you along on this journey as well!
