Experience with sexy Bastard meditation
So I tried sexy Bastard release for two days. And experience is quiet unique. During first 10, 15 mins of the session my body and mind was resisting hard but near the end my body was at ease. And get the glimpse of what it feels to sexy and comfortable in body.

It's crazy how we all are experiencing resistance at the very beginning, but If you keep doing the release, the resistance goes away!
