Pra group WIN 🥳
Huge thank you to @Peter Wilson for the help needed to fight these parasites 🙏 Well yesterday was the final hearing on my Barclays debt which pra group bought my personal information. I was lucky to have pra help my case by not adhering to a court order of supplying the deed of assignment they said previously they had They were supposed to send a copy to myself by the 26th nov but nothing turned up They tried to give me a copy just before the hearing which I basically told her to shove it where the sun doesn’t shine. Regret that now as I wish I’d of seen all the bullshit they put together which the judge noticed didn’t even have my name on any of it just an amount and an account number amongst quite a few pages basically telling the judge to join all the dots ! He turned to me and said it looks like you’re going to have an easy afternoon mr sibson which made my day ! Peter had fantastically put together a fee schedule which pra solicitor challenged but the judge added another days rate to it and increased it from £325 to £410 costs, she tried to ask for 28 days to pay which he actually laughed at and said no you have 14 days to pay him so a great win. I held the door for her on the way out and said lovely to meet you which I’m pretty sure she knew I was taking the piss !! Stand up and fight everyone, it’s not an easy ride but you have to do it ! Thanks everyone for all your support too, a fantastic community ❤️ Cheers Gary 😎

A Gentle Reminder of Our Sacred Private Domain
Dear Kindred Members, As we continue to walk this path together within the Wilstaff Private Members Club, i, a man, wish to take a moment to reaffirm the sacred nature of our fellowship. When each of us joined this Private Ministerial Foundation, we did so voluntarily — as man and woman acting in honour — agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, Charter, and Bylaws that define the WPMC. By that agreement, we stepped into a private jurisdiction, guided not by public statutes, but by the Laws of the Creator, the principles of Natural Law, and the spirit of mutual respect. Everything shared within our Club — knowledge, documents, discussions, and fellowship — remains private, sacred, and protected. To speak or act outside of this private domain, or to bring private matters into public discourse, is to step out of honour and to break the covenant we hold with one another and with the Creator. It is also important to remember that all materials and discussions shared within the WPMC are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Club, its ministers, and members do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and no specific outcomes or results are ever promised or guaranteed. Each member acts under their own free will, with full personal responsibility for their choices, actions, and results. Let us each remember that privacy, respect, and integrity are not just conditions of membership — they are the living expression of our purpose. By remaining in true word, honour, and confidentiality, we uphold the sanctity of the WPMC and protect the spiritual foundation upon which it stands. Thank you for walking this path in faith, humility, and responsibility. In True Word and Honour, Peter Wilson, Founding Trustee and Minister Wilstaff Private Members Club All Rights Reserved — Without Prejudice Attached below are the Laws, Charter, and Membership Agreement of the Wilstaff Private Members Club, which every member accepted voluntarily upon joining

Another WIN this time for Ali
Ali Bee 2h • General discussion GOOD NEWS - another win @Ali Bee BW Legal have given up and sent a Notice of discontinuance to Court. Briefly - we found out about a CCJ, which we knew nothing about, when my daughter had her mortgage application refused because of it. That was in April this year. It's taken 7 months to get these barstewards to discontinue. We filed an N244 to have the CCJ set aside (which it was - Judge accepted we knew nothing about it), then filed our Defence which included an application to strike out. We sent SAR requests to everyone in the 'chain' - the original court (Northampton of course), SSE, OVO Energy, JCIA (rabid foreign owned 'debt' buyers), CreditLink (who seem to act in the UK for JCIA) and BW Legal (using their FCA accreditation to pursue a foreign owned 'debt'). Everyone got at least 2 x SAR's. The only one's to reply to our SAR were OVO Energy who basically said we've got no record of you and never supplied you - YET apparently JCIA had 'bought' this non existent 'debt' from OVO 🤔 We let BW Legal know this but still they ploughed on. All the while sending out their threatening 'pay us or else' letters. BW Legal replied to defence with a load of 💩 and we replied with a Supplemental witness statement in support of our strike out request, and then we received their Notice of discontinuance. Not sure what happens from here as this is our N244 application to CC. The original order was 'save as to costs', so hopefully we get costs back, but the fact that it had to go this far for a 'debt' that never existed is totally unacceptable. The stress, worry, hundreds of hours spent doing the research, paperwork etc is obscene and particularly so under the circumstances. I have to give a HUGE MASSIVE THANK YOU to @Peter Wilson

A Real Stag Do
I'm back up in Scotland, 2 days in the Highlands staying in a pod, not my cup of tea, but needs must, it was very remote 3 deer just standing munching on the village green, a huge stag walking along the street with me, amazing. The scenery when I've had time to look, is stunning, the area around Kinlochleven is worth the 6 hour trip, but if I've been slow in replies to DMs, this is why, I'm in Greenock right now, hopefully back up to Dumbarton on Friday for another meeting then if I'm lucky back home on Friday night, but it depends on my meeting, I may have to stay longer, The Meeting tomorrow evening at 7.30pm will still be OK, but I may have to whisper as I am literally next door to a police station 😄 by the way, I posted all the water machines out, so you probably have them now. Next week I'll be doing another prize draw for another health product, I'll show you next week though as I don't have anything with me up here. I feel like a nomad, Texas, Devon, The Highlands, now Glasgow some work, some pleasure, but all knowledge gained is always passed on to you and any garbage stuck in the bin. GDPR is a gift that keeps on giving, but more about that later. Hope to see you tomorrow evening
