🦋🍎🍇 This Week Inside Food, Faith & Fellowship… We’re Leaning Into COMMUNITY.
You voted — and every single response pointed to one thing: Connection. Encouragement. Prayer. Real fellowship. And that is not an accident. From the very beginning, when God created Adam, He said in Book of Genesis that it was not good for man to be alone. Before there was sin. Before there was struggle. Before there was striving. There was a declaration: isolation is not God’s design. All throughout Scripture, we see this thread woven beautifully: 🍇God builds a family through Abraham — a nation called Israel. 🍇Genealogies matter because families matter. 🍇In Epistle to the Hebrews, we are told not to forsake gathering together. 🍇 In Gospel of Matthew, Jesus commissions disciples to go make disciples — together. 🍇 When Paul encounters Christ, he is sent to another believer for instruction. 🍇When Cornelius prays, God connects him to Peter. 🍇And in Book of Ecclesiastes, we’re reminded that two are better than one — a cord of strands is not easily broken. Do you see it? 🦋 God advances His purposes through people. Through families. Through fellowship. Through community. The enemy, on the other hand, isolates. Isolation weakens. Isolation distorts identity. Isolation makes us vulnerable. And this doesn’t just affect your spiritual life. It affects your health. Your weight. Your energy. Your consistency. Sister, sustainable wellness was never meant to be a solo project. When you have women walking with you — praying with you — reminding you who you are — celebrating your wins — correcting you gently when you drift — something shifts. 🍎 You make wiser food choices. 🍇 You stay accountable. 🦋 You rise when you would have quit alone. Community is not a “nice add-on.” It is one of the greatest pillars of lasting health. This week, we are exploring: • What biblical fellowship truly looks like • How connection rewires habits • Why isolation quietly sabotages progress • How prayer and encouragement strengthen discipline I want you thinking about this: Where have you been trying to do this alone?
