Day 1 - Decide My Niche and Offer
I help resellers and small product sellers turn inventory into buyer conversations and sales using short-form content, better listings, page structure, and DM follow-up systems. The niche Iโ€™m focused on is people who already have products or can source products, but donโ€™t have a clear system for getting attention, creating demand, and converting that into sales. The core service would be an organic demand system: product positioning, content structure, page setup, listing improvement, DM follow-up, and a simple weekly sales/content plan. Since Iโ€™m early, Iโ€™d probably start this as a beta offer around $500/month for the first few clients while I prove the system, then raise the price once I have results and testimonials.

Right now the focus is proving it on my own page first: sourcing products, posting inventory, creating content around the items, building demand through DMs, and turning attention into actual buyers. Iโ€™m trying to build something more specific: helping people who have products or can source products actually create demand and move inventory. The #1 thing Iโ€™m stuck on right now is offer clarity. Iโ€™m trying to figure out the first specific version of this that people would actually pay for โ€” who it serves, what result it gets them, what the package includes, and how to prove it using my own resale/content page first. I'm at $0/month from the agency side. No team yet. Iโ€™m at the very beginning โ€” still validating the idea by building my own resale/content page first instead of trying to sell an unproven service. Whatโ€™s your #1 goal for the next 90 days? My number one goal right now is building proof. Specifically, I want to grow the page, post inventory consistently, generate real buyer conversations, make the first sales through the system, and turn it into a repeatable offer I could eventually sell to clients.
