Welcome to the community 👋
If you're here, you're serious about building an agency with organic content, and I respect that.
This is the room where agency owners actually figure this out. No "gurus," no theory from 5 years ago. Just what's working right now, from people who are actively in the trenches building.
Here's what I want you to do in your first 10 minutes:
1. Introduce yourself
Drop a comment on this post and tell us:
Your name + where you're from
What your agency does (or what you're trying to build)
The #1 thing you're stuck on right now
The more specific you are, the more the community can actually help you.
2. Hit the Classroom tab
I've loaded it with the foundational trainings, content, outreach, sales calls, all of it. Start with the first module. Don't binge the whole thing. Watch one, implement it, then come back.
3. Check the Calendar
We run live calls every week. Group coaching, content breakdowns, Q&A, whatever the community needs that week. Showing up is where most of the value is. Block the time.
4. Engage
This isn't Netflix. The people who win in here are the ones who post their wins, ask dumb questions, and help other members. Lurking doesn't build agencies. Participating does.
A few rules:
- No pitching other programs
- Keep it about agency growth, content, outreach, offers, sales
- Bring energy. We're here to win, not complain
I built this community because when I was starting out, I would've killed to be in a room like this. Now you're in it. Use it.
