Watch one, implement it, then come back. 3. Check the Calendar We run live calls every week. Group coaching, content breakdowns, Q&A, whatever the community needs that week. Showing up is where most of the value is. Block the time. 4. Engage This isn't Netflix. The people who win in here are the ones who post their wins, ask dumb questions, and help other members. Lurking doesn't build agencies. Participating does. A few rules: - No pitching other programs - Keep it about agency growth, content, outreach, offers, sales - Bring energy.
