Sleep and Wake-up Time: Slept late at night and woke up at around 11:00 AM Goal: Improve consistency, focus, and daily discipline Daily Reminders: β€’ Energy is limited β€” use it wisely β€’ Progress over perfection β€’ One task at a time, no rushing β€’ Even a slow day counts if intentions are right πŸ•°οΈ Daily Routine ⏱️ 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM Woke up late due to not feeling well. After getting up, I took a shower to freshen up. Prepared and had breakfast, then offered Zuhr prayer. After praying, I took some rest as my energy level was low. ⏱️ 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM Spent most of this time resting because my health was not good today. Tried to stay calm and avoid unnecessary activity. Took care of myself and mentally prepared for the rest of the day. ⏱️ 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM Offered Asr prayer, then slowly got back into routine. ⏱️ 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM Attended my class and later gave time to the community. Even though my tabiyat was not fully okay, I tried my best to stay present and productive. ⏱️ 7:30 PM – Night Took it easy after a long day.
