Could you respond with the following: - what method (cold-calling, SMS texting, email, direct mail, etc) are you using? - where are your prospects coming from (preforeclosure, vacant properties, ties landloards, etc) - how many prospects (your initial list) did you start with? - how many leads (motivated sellers) came from those prospects? - how many contracts came from those leads? - how many contracts closed? - how much did you make from those contracts?
