I believe the best way to be successful in any endeavor is to find someone who is successfully doing what you want to do and copy what they are doing. So, help me out here. Could you respond with the following:

what method (cold-calling, SMS texting, email, direct mail, etc) are you using?
where are your prospects coming from (preforeclosure, vacant properties, ties landloards, etc)
how many prospects (your initial list) did you start with?
how many leads (motivated sellers) came from those prospects?
how many contracts came from those leads?
how many contracts closed?
how much did you make from those contracts?
