RAD-140 vs TRT: The SARM Changing the Game for Muscle Growth
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/d-eLtdTZOY0?si=7mDmvXFIY47MP279 For people exploring performance enhancement, two topics come up constantly: TRT and SARMs One compound that gets a lot of attention in those discussions is RAD-140 (Testolone). RAD-140 is often talked about as a SARM that may provide some of the muscle-building and performance benefits associated with testosterone, while acting through a different mechanism. Because of that, it’s frequently discussed by people looking at alternatives or different approaches to performance enhancement. In this video we talk about how RAD-140 is commonly associated with things like: • lean muscle growth • strength and recovery • endurance and performance • fat-loss support These are some of the reasons RAD-140 has become widely discussed in fitness and bodybuilding communities. This conversation is meant for educational discussion about performance compounds, not medical advice. Question for the community: For those who have explored performance compounds: Have you looked more into SARMs or TRT? And what led you to consider one approach over the other? Curious what people here have experienced or researched.

Very interesting Tony. I have not tried RAD 140 yet. Should it be used with products such as Hcg, Gonadorelin, Kisspeptin-10 or Enclomiphene? How should it be cycled? Is the capsule form a good way to take it? How does it affect sex drive and function? When coming off of RAD 140, do testosterone levels quickly go back to baseline? Thanks!

@Phil Wiegand Ok, thank you.
My Latest Bloodwork After 13 Years Being Enhanced
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/qJvkdQ3Az_s?si=c5FOzlRhuekex7pb After more than a decade of being chemically enhanced, I recently reviewed my latest bloodwork. In this discussion I talk about what it’s like maintaining a bodybuilding physique using compounds such as gear and HGH, and how that lifestyle compares with the typical expectations placed on natural bodybuilding. One point we explore is the idea that enhancement can change how someone approaches: diet training intensity body composition The conversation also touches on how factors like glucose and blood sugar regulation appear in bloodwork and what that might say about metabolic health. It raises an interesting question about how fitness strategies evolve in what could be described as an “unnatural world.” This discussion is meant to explore perspectives around performance, health markers, and long-term enhancement, not to provide medical advice. Question for the community: How often do you check your bloodwork or health markers? And if you’ve tracked them over time, have you noticed anything surprising? Curious what people here have observed.

Thanks Tony, good to know. What range do you usually keep estradiol? Supposedly, 20-30 pg/ml is the best range for men. Do you use DIM a lot or another stronger AI like anastrozole?

I've also read that it is a good idea to check the ferritin level which is the body's storage of iron. The ideal range is 30-80 ng/ml. A high ferritin level can become toxic in the body and cause serious health problems.
The Dopamine Amplifier Strategy That Actually Works
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/Yo7O7lF5Oto?si=0KJPH1tM42kCsVsR Dopamine is one of the most important neurotransmitters when it comes to: motivation focus drive reward signaling In this discussion we talk about Pramipexole (Prami) and its role as a dopamine agonist. The conversation explores how very low doses may interact with stimulants, and why dopamine signaling can influence how certain compounds feel or perform. Instead of simply increasing stimulation, the idea is that dopamine modulation can change how the brain responds to other substances. This gets into some interesting pharmacology and how delicate the dopamine system actually is. Compounds like Pramipexole are also studied in medical contexts such as Parkinson’s disease, which highlights how powerful dopamine pathways are in the brain. Because of that, approaches involving dopamine signaling should always be approached carefully and with appropriate medical oversight. Question for the community: Has anyone here experimented with dopamine agonists like Pramipexole? Curious what people noticed in terms of: • motivation • focus • stimulant response • side effects Share your experience below.

I had not heard of Pramipexole, but I know some people like to reduce prolactin with Cabergoline which is also a dopamine agonist.
I tested 5 nootropics… and the results surprised me.
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/UwFoEjeTF5k?si=nSgZChZ9oUl5qj2z Over the years I went through periods of sleep deprivation, burnout, brain inflammation, and mental fatigue. That led me to experiment with different approaches to improve: focus memory wakefulness overall cognitive performance One thing I noticed is that many popular over-the-counter brain supplements didn’t work for me personally. So I had to rethink the approach. Instead of chasing short-term stimulation, the focus became understanding how different neurotransmitter pathways affect cognition and why rebuilding foundational brain function mattered more. In this video I talk about my personal experience exploring different nootropics and what seemed to make a noticeable difference for me in terms of mental clarity and day-to-day thinking. This is a discussion about personal experience with cognition, learning, brain health, and sleep quality — not medical advice. Question for the community: Have you experimented with nootropics or brain stacks? Which ones actually made a noticeable difference for you? Curious what people here have found useful.

Good info. Have you tried Selank and Semax?
We tested our testosterone levels… and the results surprised a lot of people.
Watch the full breakdown here: https://youtu.be/8OttjoMrD2c?si=3_w5a-2egxH5PFit Here’s what the bloodwork showed. Connor Murphy tested 1,000+ ng/dL. Completely natural protocol. Meanwhile Androgenic and I both hit the lab cap at 3,000+ ng/dL. Most labs stop measuring at that level, so the real number is likely higher. So you had three people in the same room: Connor → 1,000+ natural Tony → 3,000+ enhanced Androgenic → 3,000+ enhanced Now here’s the important distinction. For natural athletes, testosterone levels can vary based on things like: • genetics • sleep quality • stress • body fat • overall health But once someone is enhanced, the main factor becomes very simple: the protocol. Dose. Compounds used. Injection frequency. Ester choice. Timing relative to bloodwork. Those variables determine the numbers far more than lifestyle factors. This is why bloodwork matters. You can’t guess hormone levels based on appearance or performance. Serious athletes test and track their data. I’m curious about the community here: Have you ever tested your testosterone levels? If you're comfortable sharing: Comment your level and whether you're natural or enhanced. Let’s see what ranges the community is actually sitting at.

I'm 55 y/o. I want to know more about how to optimize health. My testosterone has dropped too low at 310 ng/dl. My estradiol is at 25 pg/ml which is about right. I need to increase my total and free testosterone while keeping my estradiol about the same. I'm thinking that using Enclomiphene 3-4 times per week and also using DIM might be a good approach. I also believe that cycling Hgh/IGF-1 enhancers such as CJC1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, Mk-677 can be helpful. Anybody using https://iasuperpharma.is/ for products? Is it a legit company? Is the purity good without any endotoxins? I'm wondering if they do proper third party testing for all their products. Some of the products would be dangerous unless people really know how to use them properly.
