My Latest Bloodwork After 13 Years Being Enhanced
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/qJvkdQ3Az_s?si=c5FOzlRhuekex7pb After more than a decade of being chemically enhanced, I recently reviewed my latest bloodwork. In this discussion I talk about what it’s like maintaining a bodybuilding physique using compounds such as gear and HGH, and how that lifestyle compares with the typical expectations placed on natural bodybuilding. One point we explore is the idea that enhancement can change how someone approaches: diet training intensity body composition The conversation also touches on how factors like glucose and blood sugar regulation appear in bloodwork and what that might say about metabolic health. It raises an interesting question about how fitness strategies evolve in what could be described as an “unnatural world.” This discussion is meant to explore perspectives around performance, health markers, and long-term enhancement, not to provide medical advice. Question for the community: How often do you check your bloodwork or health markers? And if you’ve tracked them over time, have you noticed anything surprising? Curious what people here have observed.

I have blood tests on a quarterly basis now. The only thing suprising was a good one as many of my numbers were really bad a couple years ago. Doc wasn't happy and was emphasizing the need for me to lose weight and get my health under control which I did. Now my numbers are looking good.
The Legal Nootropic That Beats Caffeine
What if there was an FDA-approved molecule that could upgrade your brain, metabolism, and longevity—without the jitters, crash, or side effects of stimulants? That's Mirabegron. It's a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist, and the peer-reviewed research on this compound is impressive. Most people have never heard of it. That's about to change. In this video, I break down: The Cognitive Benefits Enhanced memory, focus, and learning Neuroprotection and lower dementia risk Clean activation without the anxiety The Metabolic Advantages Increases fat burning and nutrient partitioning Improves insulin sensitivity and energy output Works through completely different pathways than stims Performance & Mood Boosts motivation and dopamine function Enhances recovery, endurance, and stress resilience This isn't hype. It's science-backed biochemical enhancement—the future of natural-plus performance. Watch the full breakdown here: The Legal Nootropic That Beats Caffeine Drop your experience below: Has anyone here tried Mirabegron? How did it compare to caffeine or other nootropics for you?

@James Martin ok thx
We tested our testosterone levels… and the results surprised a lot of people.
Watch the full breakdown here: https://youtu.be/8OttjoMrD2c?si=3_w5a-2egxH5PFit Here’s what the bloodwork showed. Connor Murphy tested 1,000+ ng/dL. Completely natural protocol. Meanwhile Androgenic and I both hit the lab cap at 3,000+ ng/dL. Most labs stop measuring at that level, so the real number is likely higher. So you had three people in the same room: Connor → 1,000+ natural Tony → 3,000+ enhanced Androgenic → 3,000+ enhanced Now here’s the important distinction. For natural athletes, testosterone levels can vary based on things like: • genetics • sleep quality • stress • body fat • overall health But once someone is enhanced, the main factor becomes very simple: the protocol. Dose. Compounds used. Injection frequency. Ester choice. Timing relative to bloodwork. Those variables determine the numbers far more than lifestyle factors. This is why bloodwork matters. You can’t guess hormone levels based on appearance or performance. Serious athletes test and track their data. I’m curious about the community here: Have you ever tested your testosterone levels? If you're comfortable sharing: Comment your level and whether you're natural or enhanced. Let’s see what ranges the community is actually sitting at.

PT-141: Peptide Basics—What You Need to Know
Let's talk PT-141. It's a melanocortin agonist, which is a fancy way of saying it hits receptors in the brain that control sexual arousal and function. Unlike the usual ED drugs that work on blood flow, this one works on desire. In this video, I break down: What PT-141 actually is and how it's different from Viagra or Cialis How it activates the melanocortin system to increase libido The onset, duration, and what the experience actually feels like Dosing protocols that work versus ones that just make you nauseous Who should consider it and what to watch out for This isn't just for guys with issues. It's for anyone who wants to turn the dial up on drive and performance. Watch the full breakdown here: Pt141: Peptide Basics - what are they, how do they work, and what can we do with them ? Drop your experience below: Who's run PT-141? How was the nausea for you? And did it deliver on the libido front?

Nausea when first taking it but went away pretty quickly over time. Works like a charm.
