Quick question for wholesalers
I’m curious, for those actively wholesaling, what’s been harder to stay consistent with: • Finding deals • Following up with leads • Or keeping a solid online presence (posting, branding, visibility)? I’ve noticed a lot of operators know social media helps credibility, but it’s usually the first thing dropped when deals get busy.

@Denise Maxwell Well said, especially the “can wait” part. What I’ve noticed is that online presence usually doesn’t break during slow periods, it breaks when things finally start working. When deals pick up, posting becomes optional, and that’s usually when credibility matters most to new sellers, buyers, or partners checking you out. Interested to hear from active wholesalers here: when things get busy, what usually drops first for you, posting, follow-ups, or lead gen?
