It was a great way to start the morning getting an email from Paul asking how I’d like to receive my referral payment. I was on the path to becoming a financial advisor and I'm so glad I stopped and switched over to the real estate world. I am a local real estate agent, short term, mid term and long term investor in single family homes. I have been through a custom home building. I also worked for a hard money lender in USA and now I understand their processes. Aside from that, I have lately been involved with large development projects funding and large assets acquisitions (50M+). Very new to this world but slowly working on expanding my knowledge and contacts. I also own one property across the border looking to acquire more. Gator was interesting to me as this strategy feels more in control of funds then traditional PML (obviously if done properly, so I'm here to learn) 🌎 Outside of real estate I mostly love talking about business. Topic feels neutral (as oppose to politics or religion) and "endless" in the amount of learning from personal and other experiences. It also moves the needle forward for me allows me to level up and stay on top of new inventions and trends. Croatia is also a topic I can talk about a lot, as that's where I came from and I can offer some good advice which places to visit. Other than that I'm occupied with kids and their learning paths...
