🎉 Sunday Funday
Alright ADHDreamers… what chaos are we creating today? Are we out causing trouble, pretending to be productive, eating way too much food, or fully embracing the legendary Sunday sofa championship? Could be: • family day • long walk • gym session • DIY you’ve been putting off for 3 weeks • gaming • cooking something decent • or doing absolutely nothing and calling it “recovery” No judgement here. What’s everyone actually up to today? 👇

I went to the gym with my son and i tried my best to pull and good weights..... it hurt. Opened a lovely moon pig card from my daughter, now i'm heading to shops as my son forgot to get the main ingredient of the lunch he's cooking me 😂

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️
Today’s a moment to recognise all the incredible women out there who show up every single day for the people they love. The mums holding families together. The mums juggling a hundred things at once. The mums who are exhausted but still keep going. The mums who care, guide, support and protect. What you do matters more than you probably realise. And for anyone who finds today a little complicated or emotional, that’s okay too. You’re seen. To all the amazing women out there today we appreciate you. 🌸

📣Big Update For ADHDreamer 📣🎉
Alright… I’ve been thinking. ADHDreamer is growing steadily. And I want to reward the people who are here early. So here’s the deal 👇 Everything inside the classroom – all modules – all resources – everything we build Access unlocks at Level 3. So let’s get you there. Engage. Interact. Comment. Be part of building this. Level up and it’s yours. But here’s the twist… Once we hit 100 members, the classroom will go back to paid access. Which means: If you’re inside ADHDreamer before we reach 100, you get lifetime access once unlocked. Forever. This is my way of saying thank you to the early builders. Quick clarity: 1:1 coaching is separate and not included in the classroom access. However, any founding member who wants deeper 1:1 support before we hit 100 will receive a significant private founder discount. That opportunity won’t exist once we cross 100. We’re building something grounded. Calm. Real. A space where adults with ADHD can actually function better. And I want the first 100 to feel like founders. If you know someone with ADHD who needs a proper adult space now is the time to invite them. When we hit 100, the door changes. Appreciate every one of you here 🙌 Let’s build this properly. Steve🫶

THOUGHTFUL THURSDAY ❤️
ADHD brains spend a lot of time focusing on what we didn’t get done. So today… let’s flip that. Tag someone in ADHDreamer (or even outside the community) who you’ve noticed showing up, trying, building, or just doing their best this week. 🙌 Maybe they: ⚡ shared something honest 🧠 kept going even when their brain fought them 💬 supported someone else in the community 🚀 took a small step forward Sometimes people don’t realise the impact they’re having. Let’s remind them. ❤️ Drop their name below and tell them why you appreciate them. You might make their whole day. ⭐

A gentle reminder today my beautiful Dreamers:❤️ You don’t have to fix your whole life to feel better. Sometimes it’s just one small thing that steadies you. So let’s share ideas. What’s one simple thing that helps you feel more like yourself again when life feels a bit much? Not big transformations. Just small resets. Mine: A quiet walk and a good coffee and a good meditation and no phone for a couple of hours🙌 Your turn 👇
