Welcome to the breathwork revolution my friend! The tools, the technology and the tribe in this community have the power to change your world. And when you change Your world, everyone around you benefits. We’re here to transform, to grow, and to create a better life for ourselves and for others, so in that spirit there’s two simple things I want you to do: 1. Drop a post and introduce yourself. Where are you from? What are your passions? And most importantly - what kind of life do you want to create? 2. Like, comment and support at least 3 other people in this community. We’re doing this together, which means showing up together. Stay tuned and watch this space! Good things are coming. Life is a mental game guys! Once you are leveled up on the mental side you can kiss goodbye the cycles of self sabotage and limiting beliefs. This is where you get to become the designer of your own life. Master of your destiny. Get ready.

@Andrew Hawkes Welcome. I love what you said about helping men specifically. I know it's easy for women to find communities in the healing space. Having something tailored specifically for men would be so amazing!
We humans are fueled by incentive and reward. Do something good, feel good about it, rinse and repeat. This is how we’ll sculpt your nervous system so your thoughts and feelings become a source of strength and internal inspiration rather than a source of self-sabotage and suffering. Basically this: the more you put into this group the more you’ll get out. I’ve designed this ecosystem to reward you for doing the things you know you want to do. The more you do the practices, the more you engage in a positive manner, the more you show up, the more you will get rewarded. In this way we create a positive feedback loop which spirals you upwards to the place you want to be. The other awesome thing? If you’re short of cash but you’re playing full out, you’ll be able to earn the points to access the full 9D Breathwork Community. If that’s not your jam and you just want access to my Premium stuff right away (cos there’s no time to waste and you’re on a fu**in' mission) - then go right ahead, click this link and follow the steps. Either way, we’re going to get you where you want to go. Enjoy the journey my friend. My team and I plus this community of game changers will be right there with you every step of the way. Brian

@Kelly Knight This is amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your experience of the life transforming benefits of breathwork.
I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet 😂

I'm originally from Germany, moved to California when I was a child, lived in both southern and northern Cali and then moved permanently to the island of Grenada in the south eastern caribbean.
This is your entry point into a hyper-learning environment primed for maximum growth and transformation. You’ll find the tools, the techniques, and more than enough motivation to use breathwork to heal every part of your body and your life. The only thing I can’t do for you is breathe. What I can do is tell you to do this: - Do the 5 Day Breathwork Challenge - Sign up for a minimum of 1 deep dive Transformational Breathwork Journey/month - Do the Morning Breath Activation practice EVERY DAY - Hold each other accountable to show up as your best selves - Support, motivate and inspire each other If we do the practices, if we commit to the shifts, if we build a strong community then we cannot fail to create a better world for ourselves and each other. Let’s get it! Brian

Hi, some time ago I made myself familiar with lucid dreaming which is a hell of experience 🤩 Though l‘m able to get into this state frequently, I have longer phases in which I does not work out at all. Now that I have introduced Breathwork into my life realizing that it gets you in a meditative state quite easily, I ask myself whether someone can recommend a special Breathwork technique for easy entry into lucid state? Thank you!

Ooh, that's a great question. I've also played around with lucidity over the years and am so curious what the answers will be.
Hi all, just curious what morning routine you all have. I do the breathwork when i wake up in bed and do some journaling after. But i think of trying to get up first and do the breathwork then.

@Ivana Catanese defnitely one of the best ways to incorporate breathwork all the time 😊
Hello Healthy Breathers! I'm interviewing speakers for a women's hormone event, and I would really like to find someone to speak into this from a breathwork perspective. Does anyone have any recommendations? When I give my own spiel, I'll speak into the experience I have had by that point (this will be in May, so I have time to gather my own information), but I'd also love to have a more seasoned healer and breathworker. With various search terms, I'm not coming up with a whole lot, there seem to be articles here and there, but I'm not really finding anyone specializing in the combination. I see this as a powerful modality for cycle-related or menopause related issues. Thanks!

Great question. Following. @Joyce Harris I figured you might know about this.
Before I get into the topic of my video, I want to shout out @Yara Randa for inspiring me to talk about this topic. This video will cover self-resistance isometrics and how it can help readjust and invigorate the nervous system so that you can dissipate stress, anxiety, lethargy, and any other non-beneficial state you might be experiencing. While the basis of the technique places emphasis on muscle contraction, this particular approach places heavy emphasis careful implementation of conscious breathwork. Self-resistance isometrics involve using one's own body to generate maximum muscle tension over 1 or several different muscle groups. The most sought after result is massive improvement to one's physical strength. However, the process allows for a number of supplemental benefits to arise. First, to perform this type of technique you have to concentrate intensely on the activity you perform. In addition, these type of contractions generate and facilitate massive amounts of nervous system energy during to exercise. As a result, this technique creates a number of changes in the practitioner. First, it strengths the mind-body connection and helps enhance concentration, focus, and control over normatively autonomic bodily systems. Second, it strengthens, activates, and energizes the nervous system. Because of the effect on nervous system energy, self-resistance isometrics can redirect energy away from physiological processes that foster non-beneficial states of being. In addition, this energy transmutes the nervous energy from fostering undesirable or detrimental emotional and mental states into power to enhance your well-being. In the video below, I'm going to outline the exact method for implementing this technique and how the breath plays a role in the effectiveness of the technique. This video was uploaded to YouTube instead of directly to this platform because the video size was above the the 100 MB limit 😆😆😆

Finally got a moment to watch this video and practice it. Absolutely love incoproating the breath in this way. Super invigorating!!? Thank you for sharing 😊
Hi there, question: last Session i had a man spacing. I mean he was gone,…left the building. He made me think of an overheated phone… out of use…I'm pretty sure he was in the dmt stage. I know sometimes it can and may take 5 minutes or more for someone to breathe again but this was the first time I found myself getting a little nervous about how long it was taking. I then reminded him to breathe and also softly in his ear but he stayed out. His heart beat from hard to very slow. little blue lips…I thought for a moment that I had killed my brother-in-law🤣 I reminded him to breathe and into his ear too but he stayed away. in the end I gently put a lukewarm washcloth with invigorating oil on his forehead and then he started breathing again. I was sorry to take him out of his proces but it took so long that I acted anyway. He didn't remember anything about this part afterwards... what can I do in the future? how long can/can you let it go? Thank you;-) Btw: hè had an extatic experiance👍🏼

@Joyce Harris Thank you for this feedback. Really helpful :)
I had a client with chronic arthritis (20 years +). When asked when it started she said after her abortion. The feeling of guilt was eating her alive causing pain in the surface. After our session, she said the baby came out from her uterus, kissed her on the forehead and said “i Forgive you”. Since that moment, she never felt guilt and her chronic pain went away.

Absolutely amazing!? The power of breathwork!!! Thank you for sharing. 🤗
I just finished this great book by Patrick McKeown that is recommended reading in the Breath Masters certification. I learned so much about increasing bolt scores, how to help clients that have respiratory issues and simulating high altitude training at low altitudes. And now I'm obsessed with breathe light to breathe right which is one of the exercises in the book. I already increased my bolt score significantly in 10 days (although it was descent to start with thanks to my freesiving practice). If you haven't read yet, I highly recommend. Also, if you're in the US and have a library card, you cna get access to all kinds of digital and audio books. I do a ton of reading this way. It helps to be a member of a major library system as they'll have more books so if you have access to a major market like LA, NY, SF, Boston or DC, that will really help.

Hey all! This TBW is a trip! So many changes happening on purpose, with purpose (total other post) but my question today is prepping for solo clients Do you create an experience that lends to what is present for them? Do you ask specific questions when they ask to schedule a solo? This person that’s inquiring does not dig groups (which has been my jam lately). What’s your protocol? Love to hear. And how long do your solos last? Curious as heck I’m Vermont Thanks all ♥️ Beth

Great question. My plan for this is to have them fill out a form with questions around what's currently going on in their life and what they're hoping to achieve through breathwork. I'll have a default playlist that's all encompassing and incorporate some of what they said on their form.im the script. When I get on live with them I'll ask follow up questions and then may use anything else that comes up during that chat during the session.
I have experienced a hyper sensitivity to the sounds when I do breath holds during the breath journey. It's like I hear this high pitching sound and all the sounds around me are intensified. Any one else has experienced this?

Where do I stay up to date with Brian's live journeys? When is the next one? 🙏 And are they going to be posted here after or are these through a paid platform?

Hallo Tribe I wanted to Share my Last 3 Werks Journey of sleeping mouthtapped! 😅 I have to admit the first 2 nights were a bit freaky, cause I always felt, like I am being suffocating, but my Willpower and Mindset made me keep going on. 😃 Now since starting this I feel so much more rested, able to focus better, my skin looks healthier, i even lost weight! It simply seems as if my whole metabolism is working smoother and better! And now it has become like 2nd nature.. the mouth tapping routine! How about you tribe? What are your outtakes and experiences on that?⭐️ Cheers Nadya

Hello everyone! I am reaching out to your knowledge about breath work & Chemotherapy. As it is approaching me right now from three different people in my family & friends circle. I think with a parasympathetic journey I can't do any thing wrong and support them to bring the body into the zone where it can regenerate and heal - right? What about activating journeys? Breath work coaching? Does everyone under any condition profit from LSD breathing? Thank you very much for your input here. Sending sunny greetings Coco

This particular video is going to go over the concept of Muscle Armor/Fascial Tissue. We’re going to go over the role of fascia, how it responds to trauma, and how our breathing practices affect condensed Fascial trauma.

Absolutely loved this video. I'm a huge fascia nerd myself and I really appreciate how you explained the way fascia and trauma interact and the role of breathwork to help release and transform. I use breath for fascia stretching myself, it's amazing how you can use the diaphragm and other muscles to affect your fascial network through the way you breathe. You're a fantastic teacher. I really appreciate the way you're able to present a complicated and in depth topic in a way that the anyone can understand. And on another note, your like on 1 of my comments yesterday put me into level 6 and I'm super excited to finally have reached it. I really appreciate your support and your support of this community in general. 😊

@Enoch Abraham I love the Genius of Flexibility. Great book. Resistance stretching is really amazing. And yes, I know you'll be in level 6 soon too. 😄
Hi lovely community, I've created a little video for you on the role of the pelvic floor in breathing as well as some exercises to asses pelvic floor function and how you can improve it's performance in breathing. This video just scratches the surface. If you're someone that struggles with any kind of incontinence whether it's stress or urge incontinence or any kind of pelvic organ prolapse or diastasis recti, working with balanced strength and flexibility in the pelvic floor becomes extra important in your healing process. Word of caution, you don't just want to do kegels if you struggle with any of this. Kegels can make things worse if they're done on a pelvic floor that's tight and weak (which is super common) so learning to release it through breathing, which this video shows you, is the starting point to strengthening it. Also, I talk about stress incontinence in the video. I actually meant to say urge incontinence. Stress incontinence is when you leak urine with a sneeze, laughing etc. Urge incontinence is when you feel like you have to urinate often but not that much comes out or the flow stops and then you realize you still have more to go. Urge incontinence can be a sign of a tight/restricted pelvic floor. A well functioning pelvic floor also allows you to breathe much deeper and remember the deeper you breathe, the deeper you'll go in your journeys so it's well worth it. https://youtu.be/UVGN9aM5UHk

So I feel myself pulling away. Everything is overwhelming right now, so I'm going to bed having started my journey intro script but really accomplished nothing for week 3. I don't handle falling behind very well. My whole life feels like all I do is try to keep up. I feel like the kid in the group that slacked off and everyone else did their part. Boy do I have more work to do to break these patterns. Is a cell phone sufficient for Zoom? My phone is all I have right now. (My brain is all over the place right now.)

Thank you for sharing so vulnerably. It's definitely a fast moving program and week 4 especially was just so action packed. Remember that it's a marathon not a spring. We have an entire year to finish. I'm sure the 10 weeks that we're actually going through it will feel extra overwhelming because there is soooo much, but you don't have to do it all in 10 weeks and you can always revisit the material. You've got this!!! We're all in it with you.
When I first discovered Brian’s add for Transformational Breath Work I was on a high on the changes it made in my life. Don’t get me wrong I still see the power in it but now I’m trying to figure out the balance of it all. The multiple sights that most days want to be moody for whatever reason , day to day life, wanting to have time for yoga and hiking since those are what bring me so much peace and clarity, and the breath work practice because my life isn’t the same since starting this. I suppose I’m starting to realize this isn’t a sprint but a marathon or better yet a way of life and those both take stamina and the ability to pace yourself. So instead of riding the wave bouncing around from one thing to the next in a large expanse of ocean it’s time to see it as floating down a stream riding the ups and downs but no matter what it’s on a definite path. Like a famous movie quote “just keep swimming.” I will also share a not so famous quote of my father recently “ I don’t get much done but I don’t worry about what I don’t get done. If I just keep moving sooner or later it all gets done.” Wise words from an old man building his house.🙏❤️

Hey awesome community. I really liked the way Richie Bostock summarized the kinds of breathwork with examples and thought I'd share with the group. The following is all verbatim from the book which I highly recommend reading: “Breathwork is when you intentionally become aware of your breath and use it to improve your physical and mental health and performance and your emotional wellbeing. 100's of applications of breathwork and 1000's of techniques 5 kinds of breathwork: 1. Everyday Breathwork - quick techniques you can use throughout the day to quickly change your state. Examples: decrease stress, anxiety and nervousness, create more energy, help to sleep 2. corrective breathwork - techniques to correct your breathing mechanics to improve your day to day breathing. Examples: learn to breathe diaphragmatically, increase thoracic flexibility 3. performance breathwork - techniques to help you perform better in a physically demanding activity. Examples: increase athletic performance, speed up recovery, improve singing, dancing, acting 4. mind/body breathwork - techniques and practices to further improve your physical, mental and emotional health and vitality. Examples: pranayama, Buteyko technique, Wim Hoff method, techniques for medical issues 5. Integrative breathwork - methods of breathwork for therapeutic purposes, healing and spiritual experience and exploration. Examples: Rebirthing, Holotropic breathwork, Transformational breathwork, Biodynamic breathwork “ If anyone knows how to copy and past from google docs and still keep the formatting, I'm all ears ;)

I don't know about you guys, but since I started practicing BW daily, my brain feels spongier - in its ability to learn and soak up information. It almost feels like my "pores" have unclogged. I started learning Italian just to check if it's my imagination or a real benefit. I would love to hear about your individual experiences with this - do you also feel a bit spongier, maybe assimilation is easier? Matrix Neo was my second choice :)

Oooh, I love this!!! Learning has always been a hug part of my life and I'm not satisfied if I'm not involved in several different subjects at the same time. I have noticed that my ability to integrate different subjects and blend them together has increased. I'm able to see new connections which has been awesome!!!
Doing some reflecting today, as a very close friend of mine passed away a few days ago. She was only 34yrs old and was a bright light in this world. It was unexpected, she had internal bleeding in her spleen (aneurism) due to a blockage/complication in her liver. My heart 💔 A reminder that we are not promised tomorrow, so please enjoy each moment with your loved ones and focus on being "present". The breath of life, something I don't take for granted...but grateful for each day I wake up and breathe 🌬️.
