Babies are better than us... until now
I will share with you the GEMS that personally helped me to become a better person. 💎Winner's mindset - Realizing that you CAN'T lose unless you QUIT was big for me. I realized that if I do not QUIT copywriting for the next 5-10 years, eventually I will become successful. Success is NOT GUARANTEED, but if I QUIT, I will certainly be a loser, working 9-5 for the next 40 years. 💎 Be positive - It helped me to become a happier person, and when you see problems from a positive perspective, you are much more likely to solve them rather than quit on them. When you are happy, time flies by faster, you enjoy the work - it feels like play. 💎Tracking my time - It's like a video game. The more you have accomplished, the more motivation you have to keep going! But to accomplish something, you need to be uncomfortable. 💎Be Uncomfortable - YUP. It sucks. Nobody enjoys being uncomfortable BUT it means you are GROWING. You are LEVELING UP. Look at this from this perspective: I'm being uncomfortable right now, so I can be comfortable tomorrow. Here's the truth: Nobody is good at the activity they are doing first time (DUH) But EVERYONE expects you to do everything perfectly when you start... BS The scary part of this? YOU start expecting yourself to do EVERYTHING perfectly FIRST TRY. When I changed my mindset about this and started expecting myself to fail every time I did something new, I never got frustrated, never quit, never packed my things, and started doing other things. 💎Failure is feedback, not the end of the journey - When babies try to take the first steps and then fall, they don't quit. They take that feedback and try to improve. So why don't we, as teenagers or adults, learn from babies? Action step: Keep grinding like a baby :)
