Emotions are Energy in Motion. When you “feel” yourself as the essence — this is, Authentic Alignment Higher Self - aka your Soul, Essence or Spirit - this is your Life Force Highest Self - is your True Self, your connection to the Highest Power. The moment we awaken to the truth that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience - we awaken. Spiritual Awakening is Rebirth.
