Here are the top reported bugs I've seen so far: 1. Users not able to export list even when it says "Completed" (didn't receive CSV via email either) 2. Users requesting a certain amount of credits, the completed list is less than the redeemed amount (due to the real time verification process), but the full amount of credits they redeemed get deducted from their account anyways 3. Users can't see subscription status in their account settings so they can't buy more credits or downgrade/cancel their subscription Please reply to this post if you've been experiencing any of these issues, or if you're experiencing an issue not listed here.
