@Nick Guadagnoli Okay. is that something that might happen in future?

  • 0 likes • May '21

@Nick Guadagnoli appreciate it. So right now we offer a portion of the course as a free trial. But I wouldn't want those free trial people to have access to the community. That would be one case.

We've got a SICK Black Friday deal for you... - Skool 1-year subscription (usually $1,200) - Wetube self-study course (usually $9,800) - Total: $11,000 This Black Friday - get both for $999. That's $10,000 in real savings. A true 91% discount. Interested? Join the waitlist here to be notified the moment it goes live. 🔥🔥🔥

If I'm on the monthly skool plan already and upgrade to annual plan do I qualify for this?

  • 1 like • Nov '22

and a follow up question I just thought of, I have a few affiliates on the fence for skool. Can I offer them this deal to get them in?

We're thinking of doing a sick Black Friday deal. The craziest Black Friday deal we've ever done. Interested? Give me a sick GIF in the comments below if you want a sick deal.

I kind of like the Skool brand and that it has universal notifications across all your groups. So, eventually, when Skool continues to get bigger, and people are using it for all their online education needs, it'll bring people back to your group because of the other groups they're a part of. It'll be the known platform for online education and will get people logging into their Skool account to learn and we could all benefit from the Skool brand.

Groups become overpowered if they encourage connection. Especially in-person connection. Imagine a map that has a pin where every user is (if they want to share location). Would make it so much easier to connect with people in the group. Am I the only one that would love this?

This would be great! We have a lot of local businesses in our community who would love to share local referrals

any way to hide members' course completion rates?

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Can there be? Most people forget to click "Mark as done" but still watch videos and it looks like they haven't.

I’m brand new to Skool. Joined last week and created my first group. I have around 15 clients getting great results and they all love skool ready to scale up to 75+ before 2023

Awesome. Keep up the good work guys. Headed in the right direction with gamification unlocking things. Excited to see more updates that encourage engagement.

Is there a way to get rid of video view analytics when we upload a video from loom? I changed the preference settings in loom but still see it in the classroom. I'll post a screenshot below.

Good morning! Can we downolad a spreadsheet with students' emails, names and access date? I'd like to do some internal controls, in order to, for exemple, exclude some members after 1 year, if they don't purchase again our courses. Is it possible?🙂

This would be great because it would help avoid double opt-in for free groups. Currently I get them to opt-in on landing page for group and then they still have to sign up for skool, with this we could just get them to sign up for skool and get their info.

I know a lot of people invite their clients manually into their groups, but my group is a free community at the moment and it’s used to provide value and nurture leads. I think it’d be cool if invites could be incentivized the same way levels give rewards, so that we can grow the free community quicker. E.g. if they invite a friend to the group they’re rewarded a course or a discount or whatever we want to give them. This could also get more people using Skool.

I've found that it's easy to get people to engage in the group when they first join (introduce themself, etc.). Do you think lowering the resistance for level 2 could be a good idea? E.g. When they first comment or post it gives them a celebration-type pop-up saying they leveled up and tells them the reward they get (if there is one). I feel like this could help to give them immediate positive reinforcement and encourage future engagement.

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Gotcha. Yes, I'm just thinking like as low as one post or comment so it hits them with immediate dopamine when they post one time. And I was thinking of it like on the iphone where confetti comes down when you say congrats. I feel like that'd be pretty cool for immediate gratification to celebrate their first level up lol

How will I know if I got approved? Filled out the form a few weeks ago.

Okay great thanks! I didnt launch my private group yet for my clients in my uplevel type program, so I don’t have anything facebook yet because have been waiting to do the group since I’ve heard of skool! Hope that doesn’t effect me in getting approved.
