Is it me or is anyone else excited to attend night class

Hi everyone, I'm Kee.👋 I joined the community today!! and ready to grow my business...I'm born and raised in Louisiana, was in DFW area for 20+yrs but now reside in south central PA. My 9-5 is project manager for large FI's doing mergers and acquisitions. My mindset = My job is stress and requires so many hours.. I'm known as the "fixer" in my profession. If I can "fix" all these large projects / programs for others what can I build for myself. Possibilities are endless... So excited to be amongst like minded individuals. I’m excited to share a win with the community today. I just sold another property 6 in total using seller financing and made $3,000 today, and the buyer still owes another $2,500 on the remaining balance. What’s even better is that all of my clients have been paying on time. That’s the power of structuring deals the right way. If you have property, keep going. There are buyers out there looking for opportunities, and seller financing can make deals happen faster while creating steady income. Stay consistent and keep putting your properties out there.
