I’m excited to share a win with the community today. I just sold another property 6 in total using seller financing and made $3,000 today, and the buyer still owes another $2,500 on the remaining balance. What’s even better is that all of my clients have been paying on time. That’s the power of structuring deals the right way. If you have property, keep going. There are buyers out there looking for opportunities, and seller financing can make deals happen faster while creating steady income. Stay consistent and keep putting your properties out there.

Hi Everyone! Can anyone, with experience working with Saginaw, give me some insight? I spoke with a Rep from the Water and Sewer Maintenance office who said (they cut off utilities to) EVERY vacant lot & they all would likely need to route utilities to them. 🤔 Meanwhile, the Consumer Energy company Rep stated that they service any lot in Saginaw City and county with power, regardless of the address. Anyone else encounter such "generalities" when trying to confirm access to uttilities for any given lot? It just seems odd. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Ok, I’m setting my goal for $30,000 this month or for the next 30 days. I’m posting this because I need to be held accountable. I’ve been lagging because I broke my finger and had to have surgery. Such a nuisance and the pain and irritation of therapy twice per week, made me lose momentum. But I’m going to stop being irritated and mad and I’m getting up and pushing through. And I command life to life on my terms!
