Hello family… I am extremely excited and happy to report that I sold my very first piece of land on Friday, March 6, 2026!!! 😁I purchased the land at the Wayne County Auction back in November 2025 however, I didn’t start advertising it until mid January 2026. I purchased the land for $404 and sold it for $7,500 through a seller financing agreement!!!💰 To God be the GLORY!!! Yesterday I made $928.50 accidentally, it was definitely God but I’ll capture the move, Lol. Today I couldn’t trade which was frustrating but made over $400 on paper. Went back to the community video on “connecting apex”, found the problem and reactivated my Tradovate account. Never knew that was the problem but thank God for the community! Should be good to go tomorrow.
