Building muscle and strength
Hello everyone, I’ve been doing calisthenics very unregularly for about 2 years. At this I want to build muscle and increase my strength. Right now I am able to do 35 pushups, 15 pullups and around 10 ring dips (got no parallettes). My problem right now is that I dont have a good program to follow. What would y’all advise me to do?

Or should I just keep it simple and do an EMOM pull ups on pull day and EMOM push ups on push day and maybe EMOM weighted squats on leg day? I am kind of lost in information
