Gemini gets confused...
I've been using Gemini lately but find it has a lot more errors (confusion) than I was getting with Claude Opus. I'm thinking about cancelling my Gemini Pro trial and going back to using Claud. Your thoughts?
Understanding the Bidding Process - Step-by-Step
I've done tons of videos on estimating so I wanted to take a step back and look at the entire bidding proposal A bit more comprehensive but centered around the most important concept to understand Bidding is about getting your price and terms correct Making an offer to do a project at a price and with terms and conditions you can make money on This video is a deep dive on how to do that

Thanks for the video. I use Accubid+LiveCount to perform detailed takeoffs. It is scope coverage, vendor RFQs then leveling quotes, and negotiation I would like to get better at. We are bidding a lot of work but not winning much of it. Can you help me take a deeper dive into our competitive advantage, scope letter optimization to lower our price yet protect project margin... maybe with change orders, exclusions, partnering, etc.???
Has Anybody Tried Claude Skills?
Here is my best explanation of what they actually are and why they matter: It takes effort to get AI to do exactly what you want. You want it to write a scope of works? First attempt - bad Give it feedback, missing context, incorrect instructions Second attempt - better More feedback, more context, include an example Third attempt - pretty good That cycle is annoying to go through everytime you prompt AI. So instead you do this once, capture what you have built as a re-usable skill Then everytime you get AI to write a scope of works, it will give you more consistent/better results

Do you have a skills library we can copy paste into our Claude? It would be great to have skills and a workflow for electrical estimating.
