5k today with a nice walk home. Todayβs plan was 3 miles. I went back to a plan I followed for my marathon a couple of years ago along with a strength training plan. This week has felt pretty good. Hope you had a great day π
The doc released me this morning to run again and winter decided to show up in MT. I knew it would as soon as I was released π I did a 5k run followed by a 2 mile walk. My heart and lungs definitely felt it. Have a great night π
