My Ai 🤖 business coach suggested I do this... 😳
And I can't believe I am going to listen to her. . She wants me to make an offer so crazy that we effortlessly enrol 50 clients this month and launch our new Lifestyle Founder Operating System. (The one with 6 agents who now run my entire business) . She showed me the offer... it's nuts... and I kinda like it, maybe you will too... . so I'll try to keep this brief. . (But before I go further, this is only for high ticket coaches, with at least 3 testimonials and are ready to grow with Ai ... fast) . Over the last year our clients have been quietly crushing it: 🔥 Drew went from $3k to $15k/m in 90 days 🔥 Brian ditched sales calls and generated $50k in contracted deals 🔥 Kevin went from $8k to $80k months 🔥 AJ built $20k MRR from zero in 6 months (and won Skool Games) 🔥 Brenda went from $500 MRR to $15,000 MRR in 90 days 🔥 Jessica hit $40k months as a pelvic-floor therapist 🔥 Andres went from $10k to $60k/m in 9 months 🔥 Kay launched a new program and had her biggest month ever ($26k) . We have loads more of these results that you can check out here . But maybe you've noticed over the last 6 months how the AI landscape has changed EVERYTHING about how a coaching, consulting or service based business can operate. . I've been deep in the lab building, testing, and deploying AI agents across our own business and our clients' businesses. . Because over the last 3 years I've invested a LOT of time and money testing strategies, building systems, and figuring out what actually works for coaches who want to scale without burning out. . I've spent well over $500k testing everything so you don't have to. . And that's how I developed ... 1️⃣ The Skool Engine™, 2️⃣ The Monthly Client Machine™, and 3️⃣ The Lean Profit Team™. . That I use today and has helped me to: - win the Skool Games 3 times, - build a $50k+/m coaching business, - a 12,000-member skool community, - travel the world and - homeschool our kids....

Interested. Even though I’m an AI Engineer, I still find this amazing. I sincerely recommend your post.
Archive messages?
I'm guessing there is no way to archive messages from your skool inbox? If that's correct, how do you all stay organized and on top of your leads separating the ones you need to follow up with and the ones who you can move on from? Thanks!

Yeah, I don’t think Skool has a proper archive feature yet unfortunately. What’s been helping me is keeping a super simple system outside the inbox: • Hot leads → follow up within 24–48h• Warm leads → check back later• Closed / not interested → stop spending energy there I usually track it in a spreadsheet or simple CRM so my inbox doesn’t become mental clutter 😅 Also trying to reply fast and keep conversations moving helps a lot because old messages pile up quickly otherwise. Would honestly love if Skool added tags, archive, or follow-up reminders in the future though.
My Perfect Day
I was inspired to envision my perfect day while going through Dan’s modules. At first, I thought, “I pretty much already have a perfect day.” Looking back, I can’t believe how limiting that thought process was. I mostly work from home, and we homeschool, so I often felt pulled in two directions. Guilt for not being with family when I was working. Guilt for not working when I was with family. I thought long and hard about what a perfect day actually looks like, and I wanted to share it here in case what I found might inspire someone else. This is brand new, so I can’t say how sustainable it is long term — but in the short term, what I’ve found has been magic. I’m up at 4:00am (this isn’t a big deal for me — done it in the past). (Stretch, supplement, shake, etc) From there, my boy isn’t up until around 7:30am, which gives me three solid hours of focused work. We have breakfast together, hit the beach, and hang out until around 11:00am. My wife usually takes him to the library, runs errands, or does playdough, colouring, or books with him until about 2:00pm, so I’m back to work for a few more hours (with a 30min workout mixed in). Then from 2:00–7:00pm, it’s family time. We build forts, hit the pool, do Lego — just being together. At 7:00pm, it’s books and bedtime for him. My wife does most of that so I can get back to work. By 7pm, I’m back to work until 9pm. That’s pretty much it. I’m in bed by 9:30pm, which still gives me about an 8-hour workday, tons of family time, enough sleep and — most importantly — structure. For the first time in a long time, I don’t feel guilt on either side. I don’t imagine this will work for everyone. And I truly believe there are different seasons in life. My wife is pregnant, so life will drastically change in the next 3–4 months. But for now, this has been working fantastically — so I’m holding onto it. What I like about this program and this group so far is the lifestyle aspect. I’m a recovering workaholic who has realized that family is more important than… well, anything.

This was honestly such a refreshing read 💙You can really feel the peace and intention behind the structure you created for your family and your work. The part about feeling guilt on both sides hit hard. I think a lot of people silently struggle with that balance, especially when working from home. What’s inspiring is that you didn’t just try to “work more” — you redesigned your days around what actually matters to you. And the fact that you’re protecting time for your wife, your son, your health, and yourself while still getting meaningful work done is amazing. That’s real success in my opinion. Wishing you and your growing family all the best in this next season of life 🙌Thanks for sharing this — I’m sure it helped more people than you realize.
Finishing your week well
It’s Sunday. This week was not about doing more It was about doing it properly. About leading yourself instead of being hard on yourself. About giving your days structure instead of letting them run you. About being present instead of constantly chasing what is next. I have learned that growth is not loud. It is quiet adjustments. It is keeping promises to yourself. It is catching your mindset when it starts to slip. Today is not just for pleasure, it is also for honesty. What did you handle well? Where did you drift? What needs tightening up? No guilt. Just awareness. And be honest with yourself here Take the lesson with you. Leave the frustration here. Tomorrow we build again. Stronger. Calmer. Clearer. Let's share our answers and help each other

I really needed to read this today. ❤️This week taught me that being kind to yourself is just as important as being productive. I’m proud that I kept going even on the days I felt tired or unmotivated. And honestly, I still need to work on slowing down and appreciating small progress instead of always chasing the next thing. “Growth is quiet adjustments” — that line stayed with me.We’re all figuring things out little by little, and that’s okay. Wishing everyone a peaceful Sunday and a stronger, clearer new week ahead. We’ve got this together 🤝✨
