I'm having a hard time with the Address Field not getting completed 😔 Does anyone have a solution? We search back on customer based on their Addresses and the LC function doesn't "search" for client's texts, it only search what we texted.

Do you guys have any tips or tricks to make the AI sounds more human? 99% of our usage is for SMS and there's guidelines I already tried in the prompt but it seems not to follow it ( limit to x words, use broken English, don't always use punctuations, etc.)
