You don’t need a “workout.” You need movement that feels good.Stretch, walk, dance, breathe… whatever helps your body feel good.
I have personally been doing more yoga lately, and it’s been such a shift. My body responds so much better to this than to rigorous workouts. There’s something powerful about slowing down, tuning in, and actually listening to what your body is asking for instead of pushing it.
