How much context in Claude Projects is actually too much?
When setting up Claude to handle specific roles like copywriting or lead qualification, the temptation is to dump in every offer doc, client transcript, and SOP you have. But past a certain point, it feels like Claude starts giving bloated, overly blended answers instead of following the core prompt cleanly. For those using Projects as dedicated "employees," do you keep your reference docs super lean or give it the whole kitchen sink?

Meet Ai Coach Dan 👋🏼
Let me tell you about a pattern I found. Someone joins the LFG Community. Looks like a smart & capable professional. Clearly going to win. They open the classroom and see everything inside. Courses. Frameworks. Trainings. Templates. And instead of feeling excited they get overwhelmed. Because there's a lot in here. They don't know what applies to them right now. What to skip. What to do first. So they browse. Save a few things. Tell themselves they'll come back to it. They don't. and I know this because I've been there. Multiple times in my life I've paid for the thing, got access to the thing, and then done absolutely nothing with the thing because I couldn't figure out where to begin. The information was all there. The clarity wasn't. That gap between insight and action is where most people lose So I built something to close it. You answer a few questions about where you are right now. What you're building. What stage you're in. And Ai Coach Dan will tell you the one thing to focus on next. Not a content dump. Not a reading list. Just your one next move. Based on your situation. Right now. It knows the classroom better than you do. It knows the roadmap. It knows which module solves which problem. Your job is to show up and be honest about where you're at. Its job is to cut through the noise and hand you the next step. To get the full power of it you'll want to unlock all the resources inside the community. You can do that by clicking here. And then unlock Ai Coach Dan here next Go try it. That gap between consuming great classroom material and actually taking the first step catches almost everyone. My approach whenever I go through a deep module is pulling out only the immediate priority and logging it directly into Floment AI for task tracking alongside my Google Calendar blocks. Committing to just one clear action item at a time prevents that paralysis from setting in.
The more AI I use, the more I realize the bottleneck usually isn’t getting answers anymore.
It’s actually executing them. My current setup is pretty simple: claude.ai → strategy, research, and working through ideas floment.ai → turning those ideas into projects, tasks, and progress canva.com → getting the content/creative out the door One rule that’s helped a lot: if an AI conversation produces something worth doing, it immediately becomes a task. Otherwise it usually becomes another great idea buried in chat history 😅 For those running lean with AI, what’s your system for making sure the AI output actually gets implemented?

@Julian EisenkirchnerYepp. It’s so easy to mistake a 20-message chat for actual progress when really it's just productive procrastination. Using it for a single, focused job and immediately closing the tab is the real cheat code.

@Julian Eisenkirchner That’s the real battle haha
🤖 Your AI assistant - Claude Code.
Have you built your AI agent? Have they run tasks for you? Pretty badass right... Then I hit this thought, and I don't know if anyone else experienced this... "I'm not really big enough, and doing a lot to really have an agent do things for me?" And then I realized that's an old belief that is keeping me stuck. What are you using your agents to do? I've thought about building workshops, content planners for socials, onboarding sequences for members, SOP's or playbook assets for clients... and again that old voice comes in and says, "but I can do all that quickly with regular Claude..." Is it just me?

The hurdle with using agents early on is usually overcomplicating the setup before you actually need it. I use Claude Code mainly to flesh out rough outlines and technical logic, but everything falls apart if those outputs stay trapped in conversational threads. Sending those outputs straight into Floment AI task tracking and project cards gives me a clean bridge to execution without building massive autonomous systems. That light routine keeps me moving without feeling like I am managing complex agent architecture.

@Cameron Watt Appreciate it Cameron! Small, low-friction loops beat building complex setups every time.
My Old Tracker ( Still Works Great )
If you have not yet developed the habit of tracking for your business ... You. must. do. this. But only if you want to grow your results and improve your revenue and profit. Because what gets measured can improve. Without accurate data... you're dead in the water. And It does not have to be complicated. This Spreadsheet is what I used to win skool games 3 times. I filled it in manually every day. now It's your's for free Make a duplicate here

The simpler the habit tracking setup is, the more likely you actually stick with it every single day. Overengineered dashboards usually burn people out by week two because logging data starts feeling like a second job. I keep quick discussions in Discord and handle my daily execution in Floment AI with simple task tracking and progress updates. That routine keeps everything visible without adding unnecessary friction to the workday.
