When you're researching opportunities, it’s easy to end up with lead lists, calculations, and follow-up reminders scattered everywhere. I’d use chatgpt.com to help analyze information, Google Sheets to compare numbers and track leads, and floment.ai to organize deal research into projects with clear next steps. The goal is to spend less time figuring out where everything is and more time taking action on promising opportunities. For those doing real estate deals, how do you currently organize your leads and follow-ups?
