Anyone have any thoughts? I've set up the integration with Twilio, set up first campaign, mapped the fields, set up the first message and limits, and started the campaign. No initial message fires off. If I go to the TMP Conversations window, it shows the contacts and they all have 'No Messages'. If I enter one of the conversations (I used my own phone number as the lead) and manually type a message, it lands via SMS on my phone. When I respond, it lands correctly in my TMP dash, and then the agent starts responding. I deleted the campaign and set it up again from scratch, but the same thing has happened again - it didn't fire off the first message. I go to the TMP Conversations tab, manually type 'Hi' into a contact (me) conversation window, this lands on my phone via SMS, I reply from my phone and the AI Agent starts responding from there. Has anyone else encountered this? I suspect I have missed a simple setting somewhere... 😅

Hello :-) I have a meeting with a potential client in two days, and I can't get my AI past testing. When I run the test, it takes hours to complete (i.e overnight) and 95% of the questions/conversations return this error: Analysis error: Error code: 429 - {'error': {'message': 'Rate limit reached for gpt-4o in organization org-kKvBUetsbzMtWm2LGSqtcMUB on tokens per min (TPM): Limit 10000, Used 9936, Requested 573. Please try again in 3.054s. Visit https://platform.openai.com/account/rate-limits to learn more. You can increase your rate limit by adding a payment method to your account at https://platform.openai.com/account/billing.', 'type': 'tokens', 'param': None, 'code': 'rate_limit_exceeded'}} It's passing 3 of the questions, then just failing the rest - not even testing them. I have a payment method on my account, so that's not the problem. I know the rate limits can't be changed, so that's not an option and it shouldn't be the problem anyway - otherwise everyone would be getting this error when they test any Agent. There must be something I'm doing wrong - if anyone can help I'd be so grateful for a coaching session to fix it and show me how to avoid this in the future, more than happy to pay you!
