1:1 Coaching needed - I'm happy to pay!

Hello :-)

I have a meeting with a potential client in two days, and I can't get my AI past testing.

When I run the test, it takes hours to complete (i.e overnight) and 95% of the questions/conversations return this error:

It's passing 3 of the questions, then just failing the rest - not even testing them.

I have a payment method on my account, so that's not the problem. I know the rate limits can't be changed, so that's not an option and it shouldn't be the problem anyway - otherwise everyone would be getting this error when they test any Agent. There must be something I'm doing wrong - if anyone can help I'd be so grateful for a coaching session to fix it and show me how to avoid this in the future, more than happy to pay you!
