Me again :-) My SMS Agent isn't sending the first message.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I've set up the integration with Twilio, set up first campaign, mapped the fields, set up the first message and limits, and started the campaign. No initial message fires off.

If I go to the TMP Conversations window, it shows the contacts and they all have 'No Messages'. If I enter one of the conversations (I used my own phone number as the lead) and manually type a message, it lands via SMS on my phone. When I respond, it lands correctly in my TMP dash, and then the agent starts responding.

I deleted the campaign and set it up again from scratch, but the same thing has happened again - it didn't fire off the first message. I go to the TMP Conversations tab, manually type 'Hi' into a contact (me) conversation window, this lands on my phone via SMS, I reply from my phone and the AI Agent starts responding from there.

Has anyone else encountered this? I suspect I have missed a simple setting somewhere... 😅
