✨40 Days of Transformation: Let’s Finish Strong, Warriors!✨
Hey beautiful ladies, We’ve got just 6 weeks left in this year — 40 days until Christmas — and I want to remind you that everything can change in the next 40 days. In 6 weeks, your health can shift. In 6 weeks, your weight can change. In 6 weeks, your mindset can be renewed. God can do more in 40 days of obedience than we could do in years of trying on our own. 🙌🏽 The Lord is saying, “Try Me. Partner with Me.” Turn down your plate. Walk daily. Drink your water. Eat to live, not live to eat. Give these next 40 days to Him — fully — and see what He will do. He says, “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11) Sis, the enemy wants to cut your future short through unhealthy habits, fatigue, and discouragement — but this is your time to rise up! It’s time to shine. It’s time to walk in strength, discipline, and purpose. The Lord is calling, “Will you join Me, My daughters? Will you partner with Me in what I’m doing in your health, your mind, and your spirit?” Let’s go all in, Warriors. 💪🏽 Let’s finish this year strong, healthy, and radiant — inside and out. 🌿LETS MAKE A PLAN!!
Hey ladies 💕 So I just wanted to share this with you. As we step into this new beginning of becoming healthier, stronger, and seeing our bodies look and feel the way we desire — it’s important that we make a plan. One thing the Lord has been highlighting to me is that intentionality brings transformation. We can WANT change, but it’s our intentional steps that help us actually see change. Writing things down is such a powerful key. When everything stays in our minds, it’s easy to forget or push it aside… but when we write it out and put it somewhere we can see it daily — it becomes real, and it becomes a priority. We are growing together, and consistency comes one step at a time. Your goals do NOT have to be long or complicated. They can be simple and achievable — the point is to start. Here’s an example to help you get started: ✅ Example Wellness Goals — Glow & Grow ✨ My Health & Wellness Goals • Drink more water daily • Walk 20–30 minutes at least 4x a week • Add more fruits + veggies into my meals • Take supplements consistently • Reduce sugar intake ✅ How I Will Accomplish This ✅ #1 — Drink more water → Keep a water bottle with me → Track how many I finish daily ✅ #2 — Walk 20–30 minutes / 4x a week → Morning or evening walks → Put it on my calendar so I don’t skip ✅ #3 — Add fruits + veggies → Add a fruit or veggie every meal → Green smoothie 2–3 mornings a week ✅ #4 — Take supplements consistently → Keep them near my water + take them in the morning → Set a phone reminder ✅ #5 — Reduce sugar → Swap sugary drinks for tea or water → Choose healthier snacks You see — nothing crazy! Just intentional, realistic steps we can commit to. Don’t overthink it — start simple. This is a judgment-free zone. We are here to support one another and cheer each other on.
