Sweet property @Nick Whitelock! To confirm it sounds like this property has "historical" revenue of about $250K per year in actual revenue? Any suggestions on amenities/experiences to add to help hit the upper revenue range that Emily provided? Or any opportunities to convert a garage/room/space for additional sleeping or game space?
