Day 25 Went on a day trip to London so didn't get much of a chance to do anything. Physical Win: walking around London all day Accountability Win: premade some meals for later on in the week, and woke up early. Mental Win: hung out with a bunch of friends most the day. Spiritual Win: sat in silence in the evening to wind down from the day.
