White list URL SSL certificate timeline?
I subscribed to Pro Plus on Monday and configured the subdomain at the same time. The status shows as "The URL is configured correctly. Please wait 2-3 business days." but I wanted to make sure I'm not missing a detail on my end. Can you let me know if I need to do something to make it live? I have a tour prepped that I am waiting for this to send to my client. Thanks so much!

@Aaron Smith you don’t have to wait till your website is up if you have purchased your domain already it will still work. That’s what I did.

how to create a GSV?
in the onboarding videos it shows that there is a green man to click in bottom left corner and I dont see that. I do see a publish to GSV In top right, but when I click it, it says you didnt set the north points, go back. but there it just takes me to the main tour, not a GSV dashboard. please help! thanks!

@Kristin Renee had the same problem bought the book bought the program and then asked for help and got crickets. The other guys on here are better help unfortunately

I have the X5 and it is amazing, Bens videos are amazing, I use he pre-sets for photo editing in Affinity also. Im starting to do spins and think the X5 looks better that the Z1 at half the price sorry Zach.

Advice Needed Please:
Every 360 tour I have taken so far have broken or blured lines or stitching issues!! 😡 .... I don't know what I am doing wrong 🤔.... I am using an iPhone 16pro and ClaoudPano mobile app. How can I fix this or get this edited out?? Any advice would be helpful and appreciated .... @Steve Little It looks like a stitching issue, and i dont think there is much you can do about it, this is the issue you have happen more with using a phone than a 360 camera, It still can happen with them but it is generally much less, but if i wasnt looking for it i would not notice it a whole lot in the pictures i looked just FYI Maybe one of the other guys will know of some extra editing steps to help you.
